About Lewis and Lisa Horne

Lew and Lisa Horne are honored to represent the National Multiple Sclerosis Society at the 41st Annual Dinner of Champions, hosted by the organization’s Southern California and Nevada Chapters.

As very proud parents of three daughters—including the “Spirit of Life” recipient, Christina Horne—and one son, Lewis, who died in 2003—Lew and Lisa are humbled to be included among the Dinner’s long history of distinguished honorees.

Since Christina’s MS diagnosis in 2013, the Horne’s have devoted much of their time and energy to learning about the disease and connecting with those impacted by it. They are inspired by the countless courageous individuals like Christina, who are embracing life in spite of their illness—and by the brilliant researchers, doctors and other healthcare professionals who are accelerating the search for a cure and making huge strides in refining the treatments, services and support available.

Lew and Lisa are deeply appreciative of the unwavering commitment and trailblazing work of the MS Society and the leading medical institutions in this field, including USC, UCLA and Cedars-Sinai. They are dedicating the Foundation they had established upon Lewis’ passing to support these organizations and are honored to serve as spokespeople for the cause at the 2016 Dinner of Champions.

Lew is the President of the Greater Los Angeles-Orange County Region for CBRE, Inc., the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, with more than 70,000 employees worldwide. He and Lisa live in Pasadena and also support Catholic Big Brothers Big Sisters and Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services.
