Founder and CEO of Xebec Realty Partners, Randy Kendrick is ultimately responsible for all strategic decisions. Xebec is an industrial real estate and development firm dedicated to the creation of wealth for its investors. Mr. Kendrick has spent 28 years as an industrial real estate investor and operator who began his career as an intern with Oxford Properties, where he became familiar with industrial development in the Central Market of Los Angeles in 1985.

Randy began his development career focused on infill industrial in 1986 after completing the Real Property Development and Management program at USC. Mr. Kendrick, along with John Lehr, established Xebec in 1996 where Randy has been responsible for the business management, acquisition, capital market functions, and market focus of Xebec’s 58 development projects totaling 7.3 million square feet.

Mr. Kendrick earned a Bachelor of Science, in Business Administration and completed the Real Property Development and Management program both from the University of Southern California. An active Trojan alumnus, Mr. Kendrick resides in Orange County and Los Angeles, California and has three daughters, Taylor, Hayden and Austin.
