    Fundraising Event Volunteer

    Volunteer your time and talents so our fundraising events can be executed well! Fundraising events like Walk MS and Bike MS: Waves to Wine need hundreds of volunteers to help with set up and break down, registration and information, food and beverage distribution, medical support, roadside assistance, and much more!

    Program Implementation Volunteers provide support for staff and people living with MS during Society education, wellness, and social programs. Opportunities include preparing for programs, helping provide logistical support at events, and connecting people living with MS with Society resources.

    MS Young Leaders Network

    The MS Young Leaders Network (MSYLN) is a group of young professionals dedicated to creating a world free of MS. The MSYLN fosters awareness among young adults throughout Northern California, and drives both volunteer and financial support for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Northern California Chapter.

    District Captain

    The District Captain is responsible for monitoring the activity of congressional, state senate and assembly members relative to healthcare and disability issues.  They will also represent the Society’s policy interests and positions to their respective elected legislators.
