Program Implementation Volunteers provide support for staff and people living with MS during Society education, wellness, and social programs. Opportunities include preparing for programs, helping provide logistical support at events, and connecting people living with MS with Society resources.
Volunteering as a Services and Support Volunteer is a great way to make a difference in the lives of Northern Californians living with MS.

Opportunities include:
  • Nursing Home Visitor:  Help provide a positive connection and ongoing emotional support to persons with advanced MS living in nursing homes.
  • Resource Data Base Specialist:  Help our chapter offer excellent provider referrals to clients by gathering important information and updating our database. No previous date base experience is required.
  • Self-Help Group Leaders: Self-help groups bring people together who share a common life experience for support, education, and mutual aid.
