Contact Information

Help our chapter provide outstanding customer service by phoning and thanking top fundraisers for their dedication, asking past participants to register, getting RSVPs to various functions, and a host of other phone customer service needs. This opportunity can be done at home and some customer service needs are appropriate for people with MS.

Leader Job Responsibilities: 1-2 Leaders Needed

  • Stay in contact with staff person
  • Assign a set number of phone calls to team
  • Ensure their team has a script and understands the purpose of the calls
  • Complete calls in a timely manner and return spreadsheet to staff contact

Call Team Job Responsibilities

  • Work with team leader
  • Complete calls within the required timeline

Skills

  • Leaders must have knowledge of Excel and ability to update spreadsheets.
  • Good phone etiquette, enthusiastic, and be able to speak and work well with many different personalities
