    1. Affordable Accessible Housing

      Affordable, accessible housing is critical to maintaining independence and remaining engaged in life. There are numerous options and eligibility requirements that can quickly become confusing. Whether you’re seeking to renegotiate a mortgage, arrange home modifications, apply for rental vouchers, or explore assisted-living options, this guide(s) can help you evaluate your housing needs and better understand options.

    2. Gaylord Specialty Health Care, Community Wellness Program

      Gaylord offers recreational, leisure and wellness activities for people with disabilities to restore and encourage independence. Programs include arts and creative expression, aquatic exercises, seasonal adaptive sports and assistive devices and wheelchair assessment service.

    3. Lending Library

      The Connecticut Chapter is proud to offer the unique service of a loan library, featuring books, videos, audiotapes and magazines on multiple sclerosis and related subjects. These resources include medical, physical, emotional and research issues. These materials are available free of charge through the online library, or by calling the chapter at 860-913-2550. Materials are avaiable for loan for people with MS, family members and health professionals currently registered with the chapter.
