The Bob Hope Village in Shalimar, Florida, offers an adaptive Tai Chi class every Saturday morning. This provides a Tai Chi exercise program that can be altered to each participant's individual needs. In order to become involved in this class, please contact The Bob Hope Living Center to make sure that there is availability. You do not need to live at The Bob Hope Center to participate, but it is recommended that you become involved in the MS Group that also meets at this location. Please call for more information.
