Motion Recovery can benefit adults with movement disorders including, but not limited to, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Huntington's Disease, tremors and those recovering from stroke. The goal for participants is to achieve improvements in balance, muscular strength, coordination and to increase circulation. Exercising in the water has been proven to help reduce spasticity and maintain or improve joint flexibility/range of motion.

Wednesdays and Fridays 
10:45 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Please allow plenty of time to prepare prior to the start of class. Individuals who require extra assistance are strongly encouraged to bring a friend or caretaker to participate in the class. The assistant will not be charged.

Cost

Members: Complimentary
Non-Members: $8 Drop-In Fee or $35 for a 5-Class Punch Card
