Practicing yoga has been shown to improve overall health and well-being, and can help manage many symptoms of multiple sclerosis.  Many MS experts note that yoga – with its emphasis on relaxation, breathing, stretching and deliberate movements – is a good choice of exercise for people living with MS.  Join an MS yoga class and experience benefits such as increased self-confidence, reduced stress, improved physical health, opportunities to make new friends and more!

Most exercise classes can be adapted or modified to any level of physical ability.  To do so, speak directly with the class instructor.
