Water exercise has been shown to improve overall health and well-being, and can help manage many symptoms of multiple sclerosis.  Water helps people with MS move in ways they may not be able to on land, and helps improve physical function including walking, flexibility, balance and endurance.  Join an MS water exercise class and experience benefits such as increased self-confidence, reduced stress, improved physical health, opportunities to make new friends and more!

Most exercise classes can be adapted or modified to any level of physical ability.  To do so, speak directly with the class instructor.
