Please joing the Spears Family YMCA for a water aerobics class.  This class is designed for people with MS to help with daily functions.  Workouts are designed to increase muscular strength and mobility.  The Spears YMCA offers an array of Aquatics programs for all ages 6 months and over as well as an indoor heated pool with a graduated ‘zero entry’. 

Classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11:00 am.  The monthly cost for members is $12 and $55 for potential members.
