Movement Ambassadors are dedicated volunteers who raise awareness about MS and promote the Chapter’s programs, services, advocacy and fundraising initiatives.  These volunteer educate, engage and encourage others to join the MS Movement. 

Do you want others to know more about MS? 

Do you enjoy connecting with people?

Do you want to take an active leadership role with the Chapter? 

Movement Ambassadors may represent the Chapter by:

  • Manning information tables at Health Fairs or Awareness events
  • Attending Do It Yourself Fundraisers or other events
  • Serving as hosts for Meetings or Programs
  • Advocating for people living with MS before town councils, disability groups and coalition meetings
  • Telling your story to local media
  • Becoming a Talk MS Speaker and making presentations to community groups

A Movement Ambassador is someone who:

  • Has strong interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys public speaking  
  • Is enthusiastic about engaging others in the MS Movement
  • Is willing to participating in training
  • Has reliable transportation

Submit a Movement Ambassador Interest Form.  Upon submission, a Volunteer Engagement staff member will contact you to discuss next steps.
