This is a gathering of a small group of people diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, having a purpose of bringing a focus inward to help center overall energy, as well as to breathe, stretch, move, and assume simple yoga poses to help manage their conditions generated by the effects of multiple sclerosis.
  • By centering attention on the main chakras known as centers of spiritual power, what is experienced is relaxation and release in those areas of the body as well as an opening of passageways for innate / natural energies to flow.
  • Breathing techniques are used to balance and calm body energies as well as to stimulate blood flow, digestion, and stomach muscles.
  • Body movement along with simple yoga poses, help to awaken and circulate innate energy as well as help overall body and joint flexibility, all attained while honoring each individual’s physical limitations.
