Self help groups unite people who share common life experiences for support, education, and assistance. Self-help group participants share a belief that positive personal change happens through individual efforts with the support of others.

The group will be meeting twice monthly:

• In Person - 1st Thursday of each month 
• Virtually - 2nd Thursday of each month
