The Federal Government is taking steps to become a model employer for people with disabilities. Michael Murray of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), will discuss Schedule A hiring authority and U.S. Department of Labor regulations designed to increase the employment of people with disabilities by federal government contractors.
