Cook alongside Chef Joshua Ingraham of Go Budda on Wednesday, June 30th as he whips up a healthy summer dinner - all from the comfort of your own kitchen. You buy the ingredients, we provide the recipe, instructions and community - and we’ll chase the flavor together! The menu is below:

  • Strawberry. Avocado + Golden Beet Summer Rolls | Thai peanut Sauce
  • Pan Seared Cauliflower Piccata | Browned Butter Chimichurri | Zucchini Zoodles
  • "Raw" Moroccan Carrot Cake

This class is sponsored by Brain Ops. Brain Ops Group's mission is to equip professionals with evidence-based tools, clear goals and an action plan to allow them to manage stress, increase resilience, and optimize brain function.

Dr. Mary Rensel and Ms. Ali Hively joined forces as a Brain doc and a Coach to teach and consult with individuals and organizations to optimize brain function and work performance. Their backgrounds in academic medicine and life coaching provide a strong base for teaching what matters most to brain optimization and how to implement it into your busy lives.

They deliver content to help professionals optimize their brains for stress management, productivity, and performance.

A portion of ticket sales will support the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, whose mission is to cure MS while empowering people affected by MS to live their best lives.

We look forward to Chasing the Flavor together!
