MS Awareness Specialty License Plate

We are all so proud of the MS Awareness Specialty License Plate that can be seen throughout the state out on the roads! We are very appreciative for those of you who purchased a car tag and helped us reach the minimum of 100 car tags that was required.

The specialty plate registration fee is in addition to, not in lieu of, regular registration fees (i.e. standard licence plate). To apply for an MS Specialty Car Tag, download, print, and fill out the Application form. This form can also by obtained from your local tag agency, through the Oklahoma Tax Commission website, or from the Oklahoma Tax Commission:
