Fellow spotlight

Stephen Benesh, MD
University of Alabama Birmingham

"I always admired the impact effective treatments had on diseases like rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus. I was naturally drawn towards MS as a field where I could be a part of a similar transformation in our ability to impact the lives of our patients. On a personal level, I feel humbled and gratified to help someone navigate their daily life while dealing with a chronic disease. I look forward to further progress in our ability to return stability to the lives of our patients."
