The goal of rehabilitation programs in MS is to restore or maintain functions essential to daily living in individuals who have lost these capacities through the disease process. The National MS Society is committed to supporting rehabilitation research through a comprehensive approach to training, resource development, information dissemination, and promotion of collaboration among both researchers and clinicians.
