Since 1957, the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation and the Hilton Family have contributed nearly $80 million to fund MS research and wellness programs, both domestically and abroad.
The late William Barron Hilton was the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hilton Hotels Corporation and Chairman Emeritus of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. Mr. Hilton and his family made their own mark on MS to honor wife and mother, Marilyn, who had MS.
In addition, the Marilyn Hilton MS Achievement Center was founded in 2001 as a collaboration between the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the UCLA Department of Neurology. The Achievement Center provides educational and experiential programs that help increase connections and avoid social isolation for people with MS through comprehensive services and care.
The program is made possible through major funding by Mr. Hilton and the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation.
