The MS Online Course study is being conducted by the University of Melbourne to investigate how lifestyle recommendations delivered through an online learning platform affect Multiple Sclerosis.Participants will join a 6-week online program to learn more about how of diet, exercise, stress and other lifestyle factors influence MS. By participating in the project, participants will be given the opportunity to connect with other people with MS and play an important role in research to improve how we understand and manage MS.

Eligible participants must be able to read, write, and speak English, 18 years old or over, have a confirmed diagnosis of relapsing-remitting MS (by a neurologist), and able to access the internet and be able to view sessions.

Participants will be required to: 

(1) answer an online survey of lifestyle and health questions before the course
(2) participate a 6-week free online course
(3) answer survey again at 6-month, 12-month and 2.5-year after the course
(4) participate a qualitative interview (with option to decline)
