Description

In Trac-MS researchers are interested in learning more about the relationship between everyday behaviors, thinking abilities, and brain health in people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis and cognitive impairment, ages 30-59. Specifically, they are interested in examining if tracking certain health behaviors, like water consumption, or physical activity, will help improve cognition and quality of life. If you agree to participate you will be randomized to either a water-intake tracking group or a step-count tracking group.
