Description

Researchers at Kessler Foundation are studying whether an intervention aimed a treating depression and anxiety may result in improved psychological well-being, coping, and quality of life among individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS). Participation will involve attending 12 weeks of a group, online informational series, which will be conducted via Zoom. Participants will also complete a series of online assessments (taking approximately one hour) immediately prior to and following the intervention and 3 months later. Participants will be compensated for their time.
