Researchers at the University of Vermont are interested in exploring how cognitive and mobility function influence community integration and participation in adults with MS. Interested individuals will be asked to complete a survey that includes questions regarding walking ability, fear of falling, cognitive function, multi-tasking, community participation, and confidence. Appreciating the extent to which individuals with the MS integrate and socialize in their homes and communities may help health practitioners develop targeted interventions aimed at increasing community participation and improving health for those with MS.
This survey should take about
30 minutes to complete. Your participation is entirely voluntary and the survey is completely anonymous.
