Online Survey: Orofacial Health and Symptoms in MS

Researchers at the University of Michigan are interested in knowing about the different types of oral and facial (orofacial) conditions that are experienced by individuals with MS. They would like to use this information to help further assess relationships between orofacial health and symptoms and MS development and progression. Participation is voluntary and all data will remain confidential. 

Who:
  • 18+ years of age
  • Current diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis
  • Living in the United States
What to expect:
You will fill out an online survey one time on oral and facial conditions. The survey will take approximately 45 minutes to fill out and can be done on a phone or computer.

This nationwide survey is anonymous, and no one will be able to link your responses back to you.  Please do not include your name or other information that could be used to identify you. 

Participants who complete the survey have the option to enter a drawing for compensation.
