This session focuses on evaluating how far you’ve come during the program and synthesizing key points from the previous lessons. After this session, you should be able to:
  • Review key learning messages
  • Develop your personal action plan and the next steps you will take to stay free from falls
  • Complete an evaluation of the program

Instructions

  1. Download the course materials: My Action Plan.
  2. To optimize the benefits from this program, we encourage you to participate in the Building Better Balance Exercise Program at least 3-4 times per week.
