New to MS: Navigating Your Journey Program

Connect and learn with others who are new to multiple sclerosis and navigating their own journeys. This program offers information about MS and its symptoms, and offers advice on how to manage your MS. It also offers opportunities to engage with other attendees, ask questions of a healthcare professional and volunteer living with MS, and share your own experiences.

This program is offered virtually and in-person. The virtual program meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday. See below for in-person meeting times and locations. The program content will be the same for each program.
